She was born on March 17, 1960 in Columbus, Ohio. She enjoyed cooking and sewing.
Kendra is survived by her husband William Cecil, step-daughters Nicole and Lisa, step-grandchildren Eli and Wyatt, siblings Danny Mason, Robert (Judy) Mason, Scott Mason and Debbie (Terry) Pitts, many nieces and nephews and special friend Joni Conley.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
