Kristin Michelle Beck, age 44 of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2022. Kristin was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Annapolis, Maryland, daughter of Robert Wayne Beck, Jr. and Joann Walker. Growing up, Kristin was an honor roll student who enjoyed playing lacrosse and softball. She had a compassionate heart and was a great mother to her nine children. Kristin struggled much of her life with addiction, but on her last day, she died completely sober and was set free. She will be missed by loving partner, Samih Al-Jamal; devoted children, Kaitlyn Michelle (Tyler), Todd Anthony, Pete Tony, Taeya Ryane, Kaci Dawn, Aidan Michael, Haylee Lynn, Jesse Dale, and Ameera Samih; mother, Joann Walker; father, Robert (Susan) Beck, Jr.; siblings, Shawna Beck, Tara Beck, Francie Beck, Ashley Rocci, Genesis Humphrey, and Asa Gingell; and many other extended family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Luke Alan Humphrey and aunt, Carol Welsh.
