Thank you for sharing the friend’s posts because it just so happens the gentlemen form Schoedinger started reading my post first and it was a nice tribute.

It is nice to know Laurie loved rainbows because now I will always think of her. Plus I did not know she might John at Villa Nova. That is one of our favorite places to go.

Laurie and I were roomies for a while, and we had so much fun.  Her laugh, ill never forget our front row seats to Gallagher, and we wore trash bags and heckled.  He got mad and put the watermelon on the football tee right in front of us.  We got splattered.  So many memories.  I found these old pics when Nicole was a toddler, so cute!  Love you Laurie and rest peacefully now.  Prayers for your family.

Laurie was kind, caring, funny with a beautiful heart. We shared many good times together. We loved our music so we spent hours listening to records, going to concerts and bars singing and dancing the night away with all our friends. We were in each others weddings and stayed close for a long time. As the circle of life progressed, we traveled on to new adventures. 
Laurie was so happy to become a mother to you Nicole. I can only imagine how happy she must of been to become Nana. Our prayers are with Jon and your family. She is an angel that will be with you forever. God rest your soul Laurie, it is a honor to call you my dear friend.

Arrive in Style was purchased for the family of Laurie Jay.

Laurie and I go way back too. I went to Worthington high school and everyone else graduated from Whetstone. I and Pam were the only two from Worthington. There were several of us girls who hung around together. Carolyn, Jeanette, Debbie, Judi, Pam, Peggy, Jenny and many more. But this is the group that has stayed together. I was so glad we saw Laurie and her daughter a couple of years ago. We used to all get together every so often for a get together. Of course, with Covid we have not done this in a while.
It was good to see Laurie and talk with her.

When all of us girls hung around together we used to have so much fun laughing, singing, seeing good bands and dancing. I would always go pick up Carolyn then head to Laurie's house on Cooke Rd and off we went.  I still drive by her parent's house on Cooke road.

I prayed for Laurie every night hoping she would take over the cancer. But God must have plans for her. So please God rest her soul.

You will be missed. But we still have all those pictures and memories. 

My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

Laurie and I lived together in a couple different places.  We ha so many laughs and fun.  Never forget Crazy Mama's, we danced and some girl thought we were, well gay.  She would not give up.  Many times there, good and not so good, but what memories.  Love ya Laurie.  Never forget how beautiful you were, and how good our friendship was.  We were so young.

This is Laurie and I at about 17yrs old.  We spent so much time together back then, there was a group of us girls that were together daily,  what fun we had. We all love her dearly and will miss her terribly.
