

Lewis Glen Kearney, age 48, of Gahanna, peacefully passed away on Friday, April 6. He was born on October 17, 1963, to Joseph and Kathryn Kearney. Glen was a graduate of Gahanna Lincoln High School, class of 82’. He was a general manager over cargo with the City of Columbus at Rickenbacker International Airport. He was a proud bowling coach at Pickerington North High School. His student won the 2012 State bowling championship. He was on various bowling leagues for many years. You could always find him at his second home, Eastland Lanes, where his name is on the wall, for all to view and remember. He belonged to the Bexley Post Sons of American Legion. Glen was an avid Ohio State University Sports fan. He enjoyed bowling, home poker games fishing, and NASCAR as well. Glen is survived by his loving parents, Joseph and Kathryn Kearney; brother and sister, Robert (Cierra) Kearney and Kimberly Kearney-Rader (Ralph); nieces and nephews, Andy Kearney, Katy Britton, Joseph Kearney, Jacob Kearney, Chris Britton, and Curtis Britton, Jr.; aunts, uncles, cousins, and many loving friends, far too many to mention. Friends may call from 2-4pm & 6-8pm on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL1051 E. Johnstown RD.
