Loretta Sheppard

Loretta (Wakefield) Sheppard, age 51, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022, at her residence. She is preceded in death by her mother, Judy Wakefield, her husband of 14 years, Johnny Sheppard. Loretta is survived by her dad, Bobby Joe Wakefield, siblings, Joe (Mindy) Wakefield, Leslie J (Wakefield) Miller, half-brother, Bobby Joe (Jennie) Wakefield Jr, nieces and nephews, Alysa Michelle Wakefield, Madison Rheaellen Grant, Jack Grant III, Joe David Wakefield Jr., her fur babies, Gracie and Journey. Loretta enjoyed shopping at the thrift store especially with her nieces; she loved her shoes and had a pair for every outfit and the Houston Texans and Dallas Cowboys football teams. She did start to enjoy watching OSU Buckeye football since moving here from Texas. Loretta was known to drop the phrases “it is what it is” and “amen”. A memorial service for Loretta will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Leave A Mark Church 4818 Parsons Ave. Columbus, OH 43207 with Chaplain Matt Sisk officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Leave A Mark Church or the Kidney Foundation 1941 Polaris Parkway # 268 Columbus, OH 43240. Arrangements by SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY.
