Margaret “Peggy” E. Covert, 63, of Columbus, passed away after a courageous battles against A.L.S. on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at the Whetstone Gardens and Care Center in Columbus, OH surrounded by her dearest friends Sarah, Molly and Jake her Dog.
Peggy was born in Columbus, OH on December 12, 1947 to the late John and Joan (Koontz) Resch. She graduated from Brookhaven High School. Soon after High School, she started working at Riverside Methodist Hospital at age 17, and became a loyal employee for over 42 years until her retirement in 2007.
Peggy is survived by her Brothers Kevin Resch, Craig Resch, and Sister Pam Armbruster, and families; and Ellie her other canine companion.
Family and friends may call at the Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Rd. on Monday, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm, where services will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 10:00am, officiated by Pastor John Keeny.
