Marie Suzie Jean Louis

Marie Jean-Louis, age 62, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Marie was born in Milot, Haiti on April 3, 1956 to Claudius Jean-Louis and Cepoudi Aridor. Marie is preceded in death by her father and brother, Elize Jean-Louis. Survived by her mother, Cepoudi Aridor; daughters, Joicelyne Jean-Louis, Sedlene Davis, Widline Ambriose, Evelyne Ambriose - Fenelus; sons, Emerson Ambriose, Wilson Ambriose, Edrice Ambriose; grandchildren, Jada Jean-Louis, Tiana Delva, Lori Brown, Trinty Jean-Louis, Nia Kai-Lan Fenelus, Sheika Phavon, Samario Damus; sons-in-law, James A. Davis and Kenny Brown; sisters, Gerard Petit-Frere, Concilia Jean-Louis, Delivrance Jean-Louis, Jeanet Jean-Louis, Maguerite Jean-Louis and Pauline Morency; brothers, Luc Jean-Louis, Willy Jean-Louis, and Cloteur Paul. Marie was a very hard worker and dedicate many years to House Maid in Nassau, Bahamas from 1998-2004, Vacation in Paradise Resort from 2006-2008, Cricket Pub from 2008-2010, L'Auberge Casino Resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana from 2010-2012, Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino from 2012-2016, and JD Clifton Elementary School in Lake Charles, Louisiana from 2016 until she got sick in December 28, 2016. Marie will be remembered for her big bright beautiful smile that lights up a room. Along with her dedication to the Lord, the taste of her amazing food, her organizational skills. Marie loved everything to be neat and organized. She will also be remembered for the love she gave her children. Marie had a passion for cooking, going to church, taking long walks and drives. She loved shopping, outdoors, traveling, gardening and helping people. Family and friends will gather on Thursday, June 7, 2018 from 4-7 pm at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204. A graveside service and interment will follow at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Eastlawn Cemetery, 1340 Woodland Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43219.
