Marilyn Katherine McCaffrey

Marilyn K. McCaffrey age 75, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2019 at Mt. Carmel East, surrounded by her family. Born June 2, 1943 in Independence Kansas the daughter of Angela S. (Van Ackeren) Kirtley. Marilyn "Mimi" was a recent resident of Mother Angeline McCrory Manor. She previously resided with her daughter and son-in-law Michelle and Don White and their son Collin. She attended Church of the Resurrection and retired from a career of caregiving at KinderCare. Mimi is survived by sons: James (Hollie) McCaffrey of Detroit, Jeffrey (Marisa) McCaffrey of Chicago, daughter Michelle (Don) White of Blacklick, grandchildren Lily McCaffrey and Collin White. Her Faith family and friends were her cornerstones. The family will receive friends 4-7pm Friday March 15 at the Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 East Johnstown Road (at Beecher Road) Gahanna. The Funeral Mass and Interment will be Private for the Family.
