

Marilyn J. Sebring, age 84 of Columbus, passed away May 5, 2011. Marilyn was born and raised in Columbus, daughter of the late Robert and Wilda Arick. Also preceded in death by her daughter, Sue Biddiscombe, grandson, Eugene Sebring IV, brothers, Dale and Roger Arick, sister-in-law, Grace Hyatt, and dear friends, Barbara and Bill Baumbusch. Marilyn was a very family oriented woman who was warm and full of kindness. She enjoyed reading and working on crossword puzzles, but most of all, Marilyn loved time spent together with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by her loving husband of 47 years, Eugene M. Sebring, Jr.; son, John “Jack” (Amy) Shannon; step children, Janet (Bryan) O’Keeffe and Eugene “Bud” Sebring III; son-in-law, Ray Biddiscombe; 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Kaiser; nieces, Marilyn Kehl, Anna Marie (Joe) Romano, and Theresa (Roger) Arnold; nephew, Raymond (Donna) Ebner; and many other extended family members, and a special thanks to our many caring neighbors, especially the Mynster family. Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. Monday, May 9, 2011 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd., where family will receive friends from 2-5 P.M. Sunday. Entombment Union Cemetery.
