

Marjorie S. Hagovsky, age 82 passed away Friday, September 18, 2009 at Mother Angeline McCrory Manor. Marge was born in Kittanning, PA to her father the late James P. Sullivan and her mother the late Wilma Rose Sullivan whom she admired and loved deeply. Marge was quick witted and had a wonderful sense of humor. She enjoyed reading, playing the card game “Bid 500” with family and friends; and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Upon retiring, Marge and her husband Rudolph moved to Florida and enjoyed 30 years in the Sunshine State making friends and being active at Laurel Estates in Ft. Myers. Marge also loved travelling; including trips to Alaska and Europe, the highlight being Rome. The gift of faith was given to Marge by her mother and she was a devout Roman Catholic. She attended Mass regularly and prayed the Rosary daily. Her faith sustained her during difficult times. Most recently, Marge was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Grove City. In addition to her parents, Marge is preceded in death by her brothers James Sullivan, Owen Sullivan, USN, and Julian Robert Sullivan; sisters Clara C Sullivan, Sr. Electa Sullivan, CSJ. Marge is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Rudolph Hagovsky; brother John (Clara) Sullivan; sister-in-law Marie Kamer; brother-in-law Harry Procyshen; children Michael (Carol) Hagovsky,
Owen (Sue) Hagovsky, Sue (Larry) Corbin, and Tom Hagovsky; grandchildren Christine (Greg) McGlinn, Angela (Stefan) Hanson, Elizabeth Hagovsky (Dot Salisbury), Sarah Hagovsky, Justin Hagovsky, Charlie (Cindy) Corbin, Sally (Chip) Brown, Stewart Corbin (Paul Burrier), Clara (Kenny) Corwin, John (Erin) Corbin; great grandchildren Carley, Gregory, Lillian, Amanda, Tony, Bryan, Holly, Austin, Abby, Gabe, Gage, Megan, Emma and Brady; and many dear friends. A private Mass in her memory is planned.
