

Mark Allen Snider, age 40, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2010. He was born in Zanesville, Ohio on May 18, 1969, and he worked for ADT as a Fire Systems Designer. Mark served our country in the US Air Force, and he received Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He earned two 4.0 GPAs, and was Valedictorian of his class. Mark was a member of Xenos Christian Fellowship, and he enjoyed golfing. He was very family oriented, and he loved spending time and camping with his three sons. Mark is survived by his wife, Candida Snider; sons, Daylen, Taran and Ashton; mother, Connie (Michael) Colburn; sisters, Karen (Ray) Wright, and Tricia (Wayne) Emerson; grandmother, Betty Heskett; step-mother, Vickie Snider; step-brother, David (Misty) Overholt; mother-in-law, Karen (Robert) Reber; father-in-law, Jeff (Kim) Christensen; brothers- and sisters-in law, Chassidy (Ryan) Sieveke, Michelle Quesenberry, Joani Christensen, and Kevin Christensen; nieces, NaDeana Wright, Angel Emerson, and Olivia Overholt; nephews, Treysen Carr and David Overholt; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Preceded in death by his father, John Snider. The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2010 at the Café at Xenos Christian Fellowship, 1340 Community Park Drive, Columbus.
