

Jaynee Jackson Morgan went peacefully home to be with our Lord on March 14th 2010. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 13th, 1945 and graduated from Grove City High School, Class of 1963. She led a successful, accomplished life, graduating from Columbus Business College and then Daytona State College (FL) with a Business B.S. After leaving Grove City, Jaynee moved to Michigan, where she lived on Ford Lake at Cliffs on the Bay and worked for Ford Motor Company as a Financial Analyst and advertisement model. At the age of 60, Jaynee aggressively pursued a Financial Advisor position with Edward Jones, earning her own branch office in Florida and numerous awards, including the Edward Jones Pacesetter Award, the Edward Jones Recruiting Award, Partner’s Award and the honor of Edward Jones Limited Partner.
In her spare time, Jaynee enjoyed traveling. She took numerous cross-country trips with her Best Friend Pamela Wylie, as well as traveling overseas to Jamaica, Spain, Mexico and Canada. Her most distinguished award from Edward Jones was a trip to Ireland where she was able to research her family heritage; genealogy being one of her favorite pastimes.
Jaynee was a member of the Eastern Star, ABWA and DAR. She was able to find joy in the simple things in life, participating in the yearly bird count and wildlife rescue. Jaynee is preceeded in death by her parents, Horace and Margaret Jackson. She is survived by her beloved daughter Amber Morgan Chronister, whom she shared with T.R. Stumbo and Amber’s Husband, her dearly loved son-in-law Michael. She is also survived by her loving sister Judy (Jack) Widner, brothers, Jim (Joan) Jackson, and Jeff (Laura) Jackson. Many nieces and nephews remain to cherish the memory of their Aunt Jaynee. Friends may visit Sunday March 21st from 2-5pm at Schoedinger-Norris Chapel, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio where funeral service will be held Monday the 22nd at 10am with Pastor Donald Allman officiating.
