Mary Jane Staten of Pickerington, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on October 22, 2012. She was born in Parkersburg, WV to the late Paul and Dorothy Jackson; also preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, William “Bill” Staten. Mary Jane was a long-time employee at Zettler Hardware, who were like family to her. She is survived by her children, Michael Staten and Shannon Staten; beloved grandchildren, PJ Staten, Griffin Hall and Taylor Staten; sister, Terry Jackson; special cousin Marcia Geiger; numerous nieces, nephews other extended family and friends. Mary Jane will be remembered for her ever present love and dedication to her family. Visitation will be held from 4-8pm Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH 43232 where services will be held at 10am Thursday; entombment to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pataskala, OH.
