I remember several sleep over at MB house, how warm her mother was and how her brothers or father would be kind to drive me home after an overnight. I remember swimming in the pool, she adored her brothers, seemed to be the best of pals with her brother Brian and she adored her younger brother Mathew. I also remember she was generous of with hand me down dresses (all very nice that she passed down to my younger sisters-we had a large family, so appreciated the gesture). I still see from time to time photos of my younger sisters wearing a dress or two they received from her. She was fun and upbeat. I felt lucky to reconnect with her on fb 40 plus years later from our childhood friendship. I appreciated her openness to sharing her love for her family and her final journey, there is much to learn about the way she loved those she loved.

Mary Beth McCallion not only beautiful but so kind hearted. I had the pleasure of meeting her and seeing her with her youngest brother and the tenderness and love that she showed him just went straight to my heart. I remember mr McCallion saying this too that he knew that was the kind of person he wanted to marry. My heart goes out to all the lives she touched - I’m so glad she got to be a grandmother. The McCallions are a warm and hilarious family generous and real, always looking to laugh or help someone or welcome someone. The loss of my friend Billie’s Mom is the loss of a real light in a lot of people’s lives like I can’t imagine and I’m so sorry. She was very very kind to me and I admired her. I’m so sorry to the family Billie brad and chris and especially to her loving husband. She made a beautiful family, she had a great sense of humor and she was taken too soon. I remember when Mary Beth (and the McIsaac family) moved into Keatington circa 1976.  We all could tell immediately that she was different then the rest of us immature / self indulgent 16 year olds.  She would listen with such empathy that whatever the crisis, it would simply melt away due to her caring voice and genuine concern.

Florida or Bust!
It snowed this year in northern Florida at the Krier Chalet.  What did five girls do when they knew they wouldn’t get a suntan?  They phoned home to have their parents wire money and they headed further south to Daytona for that warm sun, a lot of fun, sunburn, and great memories.

Maribeth was so sweet, soft spoken, and had such a kind soul. I’m sad to say I have lost two dear friends in this picture. Allison was Maid of Honor in Maribeth’s wedding. So I know these two friends have reconnected in heaven and are having a lot of laughs.

There are deaths that seem so unfair...and this is one of them. Mary Beth had such an unusual, terrific heart. (And one wicked sense of humor!) She was loving, strong, soft and brave. I can’t say enough about how beautiful she was to her parents, brothers and family when we were teenagers...and then her husband and sons when we became adults. She was more worried about THEM and their lives just as hers was being snatched away. Truly a God given class act of grace, strength and beauty. We that know her love her and are devastated. May her memory inspire us all to carry onward and upward. What a beautiful human being.

Sincere sympathy to Bill and family..... You continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.
 So many wonderful memories of spending summer vacation together at Evergreen Resort in Ontario. Mary and her family were always such a great addition to the fun.  The extended McIsaac family was a force to be reckoned with.  Where ever they were the laughs soon followed.  
With sad hearts we say farewell to a charming, lovely lady.  Thank you for your friendship Mary.  I'll plant a flower for you at the lodge.
