

Megan King, age 44, of Columbus, died unexpectedly February 13, 2015. Preceded in death by her father Roger Sullivan. Survived by her loving husband, Brian, her beloved daughter, Laurel, mother, Mary Jo Sullivan, brother Matthew (Andrea) Sullivan [Aidan, Jack, Maggie and Nora] of Nashville, and sister Maureen Sullivan [Constance], and birth daughter Zoe Blosser. She leaves many, many friends.
Megan graduated from Grandview Heights High School where she was active in vocal music and where her love for singing grew and blossomed. She graduated from Franklin University and was a lifelong member of Upper Arlington Lutheran Church. She worked for sixteen years with Tom Meyer, most recently at Zimmer of Ohio as a Contracts Manager.
Megan was a remarkable and complex woman who filled the room with her personality. She loved her family fiercely and faithfully. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter and sister. She had an infectious laugh and a smile that lightened the darkest times.
Services will be held at Upper Arlington Lutheran Church (the Church at Mill Run: 3500 Mill Run Drive Hilliard, OH 43026) on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 10:00 am. Reception will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Megan's memory to Laurel King’s college fund or the ministry of Cedar Campus. Checks may be made payable to Ohio Tuition Trust Authority, in care of Brian King, or Cedar Campus at InterVarsity.org/donate in memory of Megan King.
