

Michael Lynn Bradley, age 65, passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2010. He was born on January 6, 1945, to the late Harry and Virginia Bradley, and he was a lifelong resident of the Columbus area. After graduating from St. Charles High School and attending Ohio University, Mike served our country during the Vietnam War in the US Army. For more than 30 years, he worked for Bank One. He achieved the rank of Assistant Vice President and was responsible for changing the paradigm of branch banking around the country, to include weekend hours and multiple lending services. In the mid nineties, Mike became a top small business consultant to start-up companies. He was instrumental in the creation of the Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow (ECOT), serving in roles of president, chief financial officer, and financial consultant. Mike was proud to be part of ECOT, which has recently graduated its 5,000th high school student. He was a 2009 recipient of the St. Charles Distinguished Alumni Award. Mike never met a stranger, making friends wherever he went. He shared a love of OSU Football with his son, and a love of group hugs with his grandson. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Myra Bradley; son, Mark (Sue) Bradley; grandson, Cormac Murphy Bradley; siblings, Joyce (Jack) O’Reilly, Jim (Dee Dee) Bradley, Don (Marsha) Bradley, and Diana (Lyle) Nageotte; 13 nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends. Family will receive friends from 2-5 p.m. on Sunday, June 20, 2010, at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St., Worthington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday at St. Michael Catholic Church, 5750 N. High St., Worthington, with Fr. Jeff Coning officiating.
