Michael Lewis Callif

Michael Lewis Callif, age 65 of Bexley, died May 19, 2016. Born in Columbus, OH on September 5, 1950 son of Paul and Polly (Friedman) Callif. A graduate of Bexley High School, he attended the University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University.

The 4th generation owner of Callif Foods, he was a member of Charity Newsies, Masonic Sunrise Lodge #783, and Greater Showmans Association. Preceded in death by Paul and Polly Callif; his granddaughter Savannah Callif; brother Bill and in-laws Ben and Agnes Goodall.

Survived by his wife Connie; children Cate (Troy) Swendal, Ethan (Lisa) Callif, Joe (Jenny) Callif and Chelsea (Jackie) Callif; grandchildren Sydney and Wyatt Swendal, Claire, Ellie, and Max Callif; sisters Patty (Mark) Chodosh, Kim (Farrel) Golden and Susan (Mike) Eisenman; nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Sunday May 22nd 2-6pm at SCHOEDINGER MIDTOWN chapel, 229 East State Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Shiva held Monday only 7pm at 988 S. Roosevelt Avenue, Bexley, Ohio 43209.
