Michael J. "Mike" Hannon

Michael “Mike” Joseph Hannon passed away at his home on October 25, 2021. He was born in Columbus on January 9, 1956 to the late Eugene J. and Rosemary (Fuchs) Hannon. He was a proud 1980 graduate of THE Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He was most recently working as a postal clerk for the United States Postal Service. He enjoyed fun in the sun, margaritas, and taking cruises.

He is survived by his son, J.J. (Holly) Hannon; daughter Elizabeth (Al Hill) Duckworth; his beloved grandchildren, Madison Duckworth, Caleb, and Colton Hannon; his brothers Steve (Karen) Hannon, Dave Hannon, and their families.

A true family man, he enjoyed being a grandpa to Madison, Caleb, and Colton. They were everything to him…he was their best spectator at band performances, softball, volleyball, soccer, and basketball games.

Family and friends are welcome to gather for a visitation at SCHOEDINGER NORTH, 5554 Karl Rd on Sunday, October 31st from 11AM until 2PM. All are invited to attend his Graveside Service and interment at Resurrection Cemetery, 9571 High St in Lewis Center on Monday, November 1st at 11AM.
