Mildred was born May 31, 1921 in Perry County, Ohio to the late Frank and Kathryn (Axline) Braddock.
She is survived by eight children, Nancy Lou (Art) Lambert of Mesa, Arizona, Charles W. (Nancy) Baker, Terry L. Baker and Mary Kathryn (Gary) Moffitt, all of Newark; James R. (Mary) Baker of Heath; Michael S. (Annette) Baker of St. Louisville, Jeffery S. (Renee) Baker of Newark and Gregory A. (Tracy) Baker of Smithville, Tennessee; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse T. Baker, in 1977; and by a daughter, JoAnn Lohrman; an infant son, Thomas Baker; three sisters and three brothers.
At her request, there will be no calling hours or service observed.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Criss-Schoedinger Funeral Home, 179 Granville Street, Newark.
