Mildred Luella Jackson

Mildred L. (Iannone) Jackson passed away September 17, 2014. She met her Lord Jesus Christ and He took her in His arms and made her well. She was born June 28, 1924 in Benwood, W.V. Preceded in death by her husband, Justus "Jack" Jackson; her parents, Rhea and Vito Iannone; brother Herbert Iannone; brother Donald Iannone and sister Nellie (Iannone) Harper. She is survived by brother, Edward Iannone; sisters Ruth (Iannone) Boyles and Eva Jean (Iannone) Sexton; many nieces and nephews. Mildred lived a wonderful life filled with many friends and her loving family. She always had a smile for everyone. She loved babies and would stop and make over strange babies that she met on her shopping trips. She was the most generous woman I have ever known and would lend a helping hand wherever it was needed. She will be deeply missed. Family will welcome friends from 10-11am Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus, OH 43232 where services will begin at 11am Saturday; burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5600 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213.
