

Mildred Virginia Warner, 86 of Worthington, died Thursday, July 1, 2010. She was born July 19, 1923 in Columbus to the late Calvin and Helena Fisher. She worked in the accounting department for Central Ohio Paper for twenty seven years and a resident of Melbourne Village in Worthington for seventeen years. She was an avid card player, loved crafts including quilting, loved to travel especially to Houston, was a member and volunteer at the Griswold Center and was an avid reader. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Warner, infant son Don, grandson William Lance Workman, brothers James and Robert Fisher, sister Elizabeth Price, brothers-in-law Joseph Fisher, Elwood Price. She is survived by three children Darla (Roger) Hott, William (Wanda) Workman, Gary (Linda) Warner, two step children Sharon Powers, Robert Warner, six grandchildren Rodd (Renee) Hott, Todd (Nikki) Hott, Lucas (Pritha) Workman, Lincoln Workman (Jay Miller), Lindsey and Brandon Warner, four step grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, sister-in-law Mildred Fisher, many nieces, nephews and loving friends at Melbourne Village. Family will receive friends Tuesday from 10-11 AM at SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High St., (1/2 mile south of I-270) where a funeral service will be held at 11 AM.
