Myron "Mike" Miller was 'The Third Brother' to Jim & David Hart. Technically he was our beloved Brother in Law, married to our beautiful sister, Barbara. Through Barbara's medical trials and tribulations, Mike stood by her side and cared for her every need, sacrificing his personal life time to see that she received every possible opportunity for happiness.

When Barbara's (and our) aging parents became unable to care for each other, Mike took them into his heart and his home and cared for their needs, along side Barbara when she was able, and by himself when she could no longer. Mike was absolutely selfless in his care for our family members, until Barbara and our parents left this mortal coil.

As such, he became 'one of us', a close 'third brother', revered respected and loved by every member of the Hart family. Though separated geographically, we could not have been closer. We talked nearly weekly, followed sports together, engaged his wealth of knowledge of automobiles, and kept up with changes in our respective family groups.

Myron was loved greatly while he was with us, and will be missed terribly going forward. Our world is diminished in his absence by the same degree it was embellished by his presence.

We thank the family for the courteous and gracious notification of his passing, allowing us time to arrange our participation in his services.

We were very fond of Mike.  When he was married to my sister Susie we spent a lot of time together and always had a good time.  Mike was definitely a kind man and he will be remembered fondly by us and our children.

Sorry to hear the news about Mike's passing. I will miss seeing him in our neighborhood. Mike was often seen outside in nice weather working in his yard or enjoying his porch. He always waved and smiled and was a great neighbor. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family.

Uncle Mike, as I remember him, was married to my Aunt Susie prior to marrying Barbara.  I remember him as my loving, tall and slender Uncle who was always great fun to be around.  My concordances to his children, step-children and his grandchildren.  I am grateful his suffering has ended and that he now rests peaceful with the Lord.

To Mike's family and friends, please accept my sincere condolences. Mike was such a kind and sweet neighbor. If Mike was outside and I was walking my dog, he always said hi to me AND to my dog. Sometimes, Lucy or Ethel got the first hello because they loved to see him too and would hurry to get a pat on the head. I will miss Mike very much and our lovely little neighborhood will not be the same without him.

Mike Miller was such a good neighbor, always with a friendly smile and wave.  He was an important part of the neighborhood and always willing to help and to listen. I can't imagine him gone.  Our sincere sympathy and prayers to his family and loved ones.  He will be remembered and truly missed.

My condolences to Mike Miller's family.  How sad...  I lived only a "stone's throw away" from Mike (& Barbara) for almost 25 years.  Mike was a kind, soft-spoken gentleman who was actively involved in our neighborhood.  He will be dearly missed.

What a dear sweet friend Mike was to us.  Even though we hadn't seen each other much in recent years, we always kept in touch and tried to talk at least once a year, usually at Christmas time.  Gary had just talked to him over the holidays and knew he had some medical problems, but were still shocked to read his obituary. A part of him died when he lost his beloved Barb, but now they are together again.  We will always remember him as a gentle, caring soul. He will be missed.  Our sympathy to Greg and Matt and their families.
