Nancy Ann Bernard

Nancy Ann Bernard, age 71, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Monday, October 24, 2011. She was born July 3, 1940 to the late Eugene and Mildred Woodruff. A 1958 graduate of Columbus North High School, Nancy worked a variety of jobs throughout the years including a career with The Huntington Bank and her “fun” job at Sears. She enjoyed darts and bowling in her earlier years and continued her love of reading and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes. She will be remembered for her great sense of humor and above all, for her love of her grandchildren. Nancy is survived by her children, Randolph Bernard, Robert Bernard, Kimberly Ann (David) Ludwig and Karen Ann (Bill) Heeter; grandchildren, Brittney Ann Bernard, Kendra and Tyler Ludwig, Jonathan, Stephanie and Brandon Heeter; Aunt Clarice Clemens and many good friends. Family will receive friends 5-8pm Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High St., Worthington, OH 43085. Graveside Services will be held at 1pm Friday at Northlawn Memory Gardens, 7060 State Rte. 3, Westerville, OH 43082.
