Nihvey Thai Tran

Nihvey Thai Tran, age 16, passed away at Nationwide Children's Hospital on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Nihvey was born on July 1, 2004 in Columbus, Ohio. He was a Junior at Franklin Heights High School. Nihvey was a very outgoing person who loved to help people and volunteer his time. He was very active in the ROTC and loved to play his saxophone. He enjoyed the outdoors from rock climbing to swimming, playing football and soccer. He will be deeply missed by his loving parents Thai and Raksmey "Lynn" (Mang) Tran; sisters Nihressa, Niya and Nora Tran; brother Nevin Tran; grandparents Roep Mang, Rim Chhim, Ny Thach and Quy Tran; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Family will receive friends from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Monday, April 19, 2021 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Road, Columbus, Ohio 43221.
