SCHNEIDER

Norman W. Schneider, age 94, of Columbus, OH passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011. He was born August 19, 1916 in Columbus to the late Herman and Marie Schneider. Norman served in the U.S. Navy and retired after many years from Atlas Linen Supply. He was a sports enthusiast and officiated at many basketball, baseball and football games. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Norman was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Margaret Ann Schneider and brothers, Keenan and Sterling Schneider. He is survived by son, Richard R. (Pam) Schneider; daughter, Bonnie L. (Harry) Farringer; granddaughter, Diana Lynn (Bob) Spangler; great-grandson, Matthew Spangler and longtime companion, Grunjia. Funeral Services will be held at 12noon Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Our Mother of Sorrows Chapel located on the grounds of St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High St., Lockbourne, OH 43137.
