Olivia Renee Smith

Olivia Renee Smith-Jones, of Circleville, born May 20, 2014, at OSU. She went to be in her grand papa's arms on June 22, 2014, at Children's Hospital. She lived a short life, but touched the hearts of many. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Paul Smith. She is survived by her mother Stephanie Smith, and father Floyd Jones; grandmother, Sandra Smith; grandparents, Clifford and Janie Bowe; aunts and uncles, Rob (Cyndy) Caplinger, Beau, Jessica, and several aunts and uncles, Ashleigh, Jennie, and family, on daddy's side, great aunts, Joyce Connell and Patricia Herron, and many other family members. Donations may be made to Nationwide Children's Research or NICU at Children's Hospital, at 700 Children's Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43205. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at 11 am at Forest Cemetery, 905 North Court Street, Circleville, Ohio.
