Patricia A. Blaikie, age 60, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Riverside Hospital. Patricia was born on January 5, 1963 in Everett, Massachusetts to Jerry and Barbara Godfrey. She graduated from Melrose High School in 1981. She enjoyed camping, shopping, golf, and music. Patricia will be remembered for having a big heart. She would give her shirt off her back for you. Patricia gave life to others by her unselfish gift of organ donation, which saved the lives of several other people during her last moments with us. Preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Godfrey and husband, Michael Blaikie. Survived by her husband, Delbert Britton; father, Jerry Godfrey; children, Tara Shafer, Christopher Blaikie, Kenny, Karen, William and Emmy Britton; 13 grandchildren; siblings, Nancy Godfrey, Barbara (Ron) Zup and Jerry (Diane) Godfrey; niece, Nicole; nephews, Jerry (Kayla), David and Logan; and the Blaikie family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 4-6 pm at Advantage Funeral Home & Cremation by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43204.
