Patricia Ann Carroll

Patricia Ann Carroll, 72, passed away Friday, November 21, 2014. She was born July 6, 1942 in Soldier, Kentucky to the late Chester and Lydia Day. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She worked for the State of Ohio for 20 years and enjoyed gardening, traveling, and cooking. Patty attended Brookside Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Donna Sue Day. Patty is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Richard Carroll; daughters, Cheryl (Jeff) Evans and Donna Garrett; grandchildren, Justin (Nubia) Hoyt, Adam Ganas, Chelsea Evans, and Zach Evans; great-granddaughter, Allison Hoyt, brothers, Bill and Steve Day; sister, Judy (Mike) Baxter; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other close relatives and dear friends. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Monday, November 24, 2014 at the SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., Columbus. Funeral service will be held 11 AM Tuesday at the Brookside Baptist Church, 590 Lancaster Ave., Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Interment Glen Rest Memorial Estate.
