

Patricia Joan "Pat" (Oyler) Cormany went home to be with the Lord December 22, 2016 at the age of 91. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Helen (Guy) Oyler; loving husband of 43 years, Herschel Cormany; sisters, Florence Lyway, Margaret Reed and Gertrude "Billie" Morgan and niece, Judy (Reed) McGinnis. She is survived by daughters, Rebecca "Becky" (Paul) Cormany-Hicks of Webster, NY and Deborah (Bob) Bowers of Dublin and one son, Brad (Stephanie) of Grove City; grandchildren, Tony (Janelle) Gurio of Webster, NY, Kathleen (Tim) Kincer of Oak Park, IL, Drew Lytle of San Francisco, CA, Cameron and Ethan Cormany of Grove City, and Audra (Daniel) Larsen of Sunrise, Florida; great grandchildren, Nico Gurio, Gabriella Gurio and Emmett Kincer; sister, Jeanne Evans; nieces, Jeanne (Gary) McNeely and Peg (Joe) Lavelle; nephews, Tom (Kay) Reed, Bill Pratt and Michael Evans. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Pat spent her childhood on the family farm in Madison County, Ohio attending and graduating from Monroe HS then attended Bliss Business School in Columbus while working at Grange Insurance. Pat was active in leading 4H sewing clubs and later was a member of the sewing guild at Riverside Hospital. She was a longtime member of the Columbia Heights Methodist Church. Pat worked in the children's shoe department at Lazarus Westland for over 20 years. Busy mother and grandmother, widowed in 1990 after 43 years of marriage, Pat stayed in her Lincoln Village home until moving to Wesley Glen Retirement Community in Worthington in 2010. Family will receive friends Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Rd.
with Rev. Bob Bowers officiating. Interment at Sunset Cemetery
