Patricia Ann Cummings

Patricia Ann Cummings, age 81, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014. She was born April 2, 1933 in Shawnee, Ohio to the late M. Thomas and Margaret (Crowe) Callahan. Pat was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was retired from King's Answering Service. Pat was a faithful member of St. James the Less Catholic Church. She was very family oriented and loved to care for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence "Larry" Cummings; daughter, Laura Cummings; and siblings, Mary Evelyn Queen, Francis Callahan, Paul Callahan, Margaret "Buzz" Mitchell, and Ruth Hatem. Pat is survived by daughters, Theresa (Mike) Pangborn and Mary Christine Ott; son, Tom (Shelly) Cummings; grandchildren, Corey (Lindsay) Pangborn, Jeff Pangborn, Michaela Pangborn, Maggie (fiancé Mike Weakley) Cummings, Joe Cummings and Miles Cummings; great-granddaughter, Lilly Weakley; sister, Adele O'Brien; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8pm Friday, September 5, 2014 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd., Columbus. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10am Saturday at St. James the Less Catholic Church, 1652 Oakland Park Ave., Columbus with Fr. Clarence Williams, celebrant. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
