Paul James Presutti, 74, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2020 at OSU Ross Heart Hospital while surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 3, 1945 in New Kensington, Pennsylvania to Annunzio and Mary Presutti, and was the youngest of two children. He is survived by his beloved wife, Debbie; his cherished daughters, Patience (Reid) Gerber and Penni Presutti; his adored three granddaughters, Macie, Brooklyn, and Elianna Gerber who knew him as "Pop-Pop"; his loving sister, Gloria (Patrick) Hartnett of Norfolk, VA; as well as his aunt Jean Nevins of Oakmont, PA; nieces, Kelly Cabanyog and Maura Hartnett of Norfolk, VA; several close cousins and many close friends.
Paul was in advertising sales with PaperMint most of his career. He attended Ohio University and remained close friends with his college roommates throughout his life. He was an avid golfer and racquetball player, enjoying the camaraderie he shared with "the guys." Paul was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State Buckeyes, attending many home football games over the last 40 years. He was so proud of his daughter, Penni, for graduating from The Ohio State University, and was the proudest Dad in the stadium during the years his daughter, Patience, was a member of The Ohio State University Marching Band.
He enjoyed traveling with his wife to Italy and France, as well as their favorite places in the US, especially California wine country. He loved visiting the many wineries where he could enjoy his favorite red wines. Paul was a loving, caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
"Therefore you now have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice." John 16:22
