Paul A. Spangler

Paul Allen Spangler, age 90, went to be with the Lord on January 31, 2021. He was born in Circleville, Ohio on October 27, 1930. Paul was a retired school teacher for 35 years of Graphic Arts at Tolles Career and Technical Center in Plain City, Ohio. He also is the author of the student-workbook on "Offset Technology", which has been in print since 1991. Paul was a member of the Cherry Creek Church of Christ in Columbus. He attended The Ohio State University and was an avid buckeyes fan. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Margaret Spangler; wife, Mary; son, Stephen Spangler and two sisters, Ruth Eairheart and Doris Spangler. Paul is survived by his sons, John Spangler and Thomas Spangler and his daughter Gloria (Dan) Humphrey; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren. Visitation for Paul will be held on Monday February 8, 2021 from 10:00 - 11:00 am at Heart and Hope Funeral Home by Schoedinger, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43204 with the funeral service starting at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
