I was very sad to hear just yesterday that Paula has crossed over....she was indeed a beautiful woman, loving and kind, caring and giving, a person who put herself in other's shoes...I will miss her.  She was a good friend as well as as a busy professional who helped me in my professional endeavors.  Heaven's gain and our loss most certainly.  Prayers for her daughter and her family.  God sometimes sends angels to earth and Paula certainly showed the love of God to many folks.  Rest in peace my dear friend.  I will see you on the other side.

Paula meant so very much to my family and my daughter Kayla. She laughed easily, loved greatly and was always there for us- No matter what. It's hard to fathom that she's gone now. Paula was always a ray of light and laughter. She was the most amazing sister and I often wished she was mine! I'm deeply, deeply saddened. My heart aches for her family.

A dazzling smile, a great neighbor, a friend to all and my whiskey loving FB friend. Sending prayers, hugs and sincere condolences to her family left behind.

The Coulter family joined our Creative Play Center family when Katie was a young toddler. Paula and Matt were amazing parents and always had Katie's best interest at heart. I had the pleasure of having Katie in my preschool classroom for two years. Matt and Paula would support the children's learning in many ways and helped develop a very close knit group of Bunny families and teachers. Even though Paula confessed she was not a camper, the Coulters organized a  Bunny family camp out at Delaware State Park. My memories of Paula are of a wonderful vivacious and loving spirit who would do anything for anyone in need. She Facebook friended my oldest daughter and was a wonderful support and encouragement to her. She will be missed dearly. Our hearts go out to Katie. May Paula rest in peace in the loving arms of God.

Paula was truly one of the most positive individuals I've ever met. I met her during the time she was enduring much pain due to her orthopedic issues and surgeries .NEVER did I hear her complain or bemoan her circumstances. She was inspirational in her approach to her predicament. She had a smile and a sarcastic wit that spoke to me. She was a bright light and the world will be darker now , but I feel Lucky to have known her.  My Heart goes out to Katie, Matt and her extended family.

Paula will be missed by many. She was very efficient and professional in her position with the CBA and helped the paralegal association greatly.  She, as well as many others at the CBA, were the reason why the joint membership agreement is successful and remains in place. All of this work praise aside, Paula cared about everyone. While effectively performing her job, she made sure she had time for everyone with a joke, a smile or commiserating with you during a bad day. The loss of her peppy and positive presence will be felt throughout the legal community as well as, I'm sure,  the lives of her other family and friends. Paula, you did great. Thank you.

Paula was my rock from 2008-2010 when the economy tanked and I was unemployed.  If not for her, I would not have worked at the many wonderful law firms in this town.  I met so many great people through her diligence getting temp/contractual work for me through the CBA and I will never forget her for that.  She was always a bright, sunny, joyful light and she was taken from us way too soon.  She had so much life and had so much more to do and accomplish.  What a great person and someone I can say I am proud to have known.  With her strength, charisma and fortitude, she is a testament to us all to follow her example.  She was a true leader, compassionate friend and beloved co-worker/colleague.  Paula will be truly missed and I am so very sorry for your loss, Matt and Katie.

We are so saddened to learn of Paula's sudden passing. She was always the most thoughtful person and so kind to everyone she met. We remember her wonderful laugh and how proud she was of her brother and his career path. She found so much joy when she saw others she loved succeeding in life and her love of life and family was contagious.

My friend of 48 years. My rock. Heard your voice on my phone every day for over 30 years. I cannot take your voicemails off of my phone. You cannot begin to believe what you were to me dear Paula. We shared laughter like no others, my Camp Perry buddy, my road travel buddy, We shed tears and dreams and hopes.  She had a way of making you the most important person in the world without you realizing it.  You had told me 10 days ago that September had been the worst month ever. We have shared that too. Wait for me and someday I will be there.  I have to stay here right now. To all of you who knew her, who loved her, who cherished her, I am thinking of all of you. I can't even imagine  a new way of normal. I will never get over this and as Billy Bob Thornton said regarding the death of his brother, "The more you know that and embrace it the better off you are.
