Paula W. Eddy

Paula Eddy, age 75, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2012. She was born in Steubenville, Ohio, on January 21, 1937, to the late Paul and Elsie Yates. After graduating from Steubenville High School, she earned a degree from White Cross Nursing School. Paula worked as a registered nurse at many hospitals and nursing homes, and most recently served as an employee health nurse for the City of Columbus. She loved being a nurse and was passionate about helping patients. Paula also loved to travel, and she had the opportunity to visit many countries over the years. She also loved her pet cats and will be missed by her beloved Janey. She was a longtime member of Westerville Christian Church and recently attended Tri-Village Christian Church. Paula is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ron Eddy; children, David (Toni) Eddy, Gregg (Anne) Eddy, and Karen (Jeff) McVay; sister, Marilyn (Gary) Frey; brother, Paul (Patty) Yates; grandchildren, David II, Jackson, Regina, and Nicholas; and great grandchildren, Anthony and Ashley. Family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 23, 2012, at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL, 1051 E.
