Paula Jean Edwards

Paula Jean Edwards, age 88, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016. She was born July 23, 1928 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Paul and Rosella (Vogt) Shoaf. She was a 1943 graduate of West High School and retired after working her way up to management at Ohio Bell during a 38 year career. She enjoyed painting, travelling, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward "Lum" Edwards and brother, Ronald Shoaf. Paula is survived by her son, Steve Edwards; grandchildren, Lucas and Ethan Edwards, Tiffany (Bart) Marshall, and Tina Blount; great granddaughter, Ava Marshall; sister in law, Beth Shoaf; brother in law, Garland (Jeanie) Edwards; many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, Grove City, OH where funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM Friday with Celebrant Mark Dettmer officiating.
