Peggy Collins

Peggy J. Collins, 77 of Worthington, a loving and dedicated housewife and mother, passed away Tuesday November 8, 2011 at the Forum at Knightsbridge. Peggy was a longtime member of Linworth United Methodist Church who loved being around her church family. She was an avid Buckeye fan who for many years enjoyed going to the games along with her husband Bill. Peggy loved gardening, yellow roses, shopping for shoes, good chocolates and vacation time in St. Martin. The thing that Peggy enjoyed the most though in life was sitting on her back porch having fun with her family and dog Bailey. She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Bill; children, Cheryl (Tom) Schultz, Butch (Tressy) Collins and Roberta (Bill) Guthery; grandchildren, Ben Schultz, Clay Collins, Grant and Ross Guthery; sisters, Nancy (Joe) Potts, Darlene (Gerry) McMath, Judy (Donnie) Cole, Susan Daughenbaugh and Melissa (Allen) Miller. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 6-8pm at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL 6699 N. High St. (1/2 mile south of 270). Funeral services will be held 10:00am Saturday at LINWORTH UNITED METHODIST CHURCH 7070 Bent Treet Blvd Columbus, Ohio 43235 with Pastor Gene Folden officiating.
