Peter O'Brien

Peter O’Brien, age 55, passed away suddenly, Saturday, January 10, 2015 at his home. Born in Arlington, Massachusetts on March 28, 1959, son of Richard J. O'Brien, and Florence Mcinnis O'Brien of Washington, Connecticut, Peter is survived by four brothers, and a sister-John L. O'Brien of Hanvinton, Connecticut, Hannah O'Brien Hottinger of Geneva, Switzerland, Edward O'Brien of Corona, California, David E. O'Brien of Columbus, Ohio, and Richard O'Brien of Portland, Maine, and eleven nieces and nephews. Peter attended The College of Worcester, Worcester UK, and Western Connecticut University. He worked in various management roles for Radio Shack for many years, and as a sales executive for several companies in New England and the Midwest. Pete had a passion for music, especially "The Rolling Stones". He will be remembered as a generous friend for his spontaneity, dry humor and kindness by all those whose lives he touched. A memorial service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, January 17, 2015 at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Road, where family will receive friends from 10-11 AM prior to the service. Private family interment at a later date. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers donations in his memory be made to the First Tee Organization, The American Heart Association, and Catholic Charities.
