Phil was a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BFA degree and served in the United States Army. He retired from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Geological Survey. Phil enjoyed fishing, was an avid golfer and Phil and Fran greatly enjoyed traveling together.
Phil will be greatly missed by his wife Fran, they were married 59 years. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to his parents, Phil was preceded in death by his sister Sylvia Stutes.
Celebration of Life will be held from 5-7 PM on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221.
