

Philip C. Orendorff, age 52, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Mount Carmel East Hospital surrounded by his family. Philip was born in Columbus on November 23, 1962. He was a salesman in a league of his own and enjoyed getting to know his customers. He could turn a room full of strangers into a captive audience with his humor and charm. In his free time, Phil listened to music and enjoyed creating unique gardens. He was an animal lover, adopting dogs and cats in need of a home. He will truly be missed by his extended family and numerous friends. Phil is preceded in death by his father, Warren C. Orendorff. He is survived by his loving mother, Frances "Eddie" Orendorff; adoring wife, Roxana; best friend and daughter, Hannah; steadfast brother, John (DeAnn); awesome nephew, Brenner; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTHEAST CHAPEL 1051 E. Johnstown Rd. (at Beecher Rd.) Gahanna, where the family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m. prior to the service.
