
Kuhn, Priscilla "Judy" Lavin passed away on October 18th after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born May 5, 1923, in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, to Mary Isabel and Leonard Nathaniel Lavin. After graduating from the University of Illinois, she became a stewardess for United Airlines. After leaving the airline, she taught first and second grades in Richfield, Minnesota and retired, after 18 years, as a first grade teacher at The Columbus Academy, Gahanna Ohio. She is survived by daughters Nancy Lincoln (Peter) Lynch III, Golden, Colorado; and Melissa Lincoln Richwine, Blacklick, Ohio; granddaughter Peyton Richwine (Curt) Wallis, Blacklick, Ohio; and great-grandson Latham Andrew Wallis. Cremation by Schoedinger Funeral Home. Memorial Service will be held Monday, October 26th at 1:00 pm at Schoedinger Midtown Chapel, 229 East State Street, Columbus, Ohio. Family will receive friends beginning one hour prior to the service. Private burial St. Alban's Memorial Garden, Bexley, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Columbus Academy, Alumni/Development Office, 4200 Cherry Bottom Road, Gahanna, Ohio in her name.
