Richard Anderson, age 75, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2018. He was born March 22, 1943 in Columbus, Ohio to his parents Dwight and Gwen (Minser) Anderson. Richard was proud of his business Anderson Decorating that thrived for over 50 years here in town. Along with his painting and design talents, Richard had another passion in his life: his family. He loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren, and also enjoyed filling his time with fishing and watching Basketball.
Richard is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Evah (Grant) Martin.
He is survived by his wife Sharon Anderson; his children Bret, Vicki, Lisa (Mark) Slaymon, Lori Ford and Damon (Connie) Ford; as well as his grandchildren Sarah and Ben Slaymon, Shyla Anderson, Sakura Wehrer, and Cody and Dusty Ford.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Defenbaugh-Wise-Schoedinger Funeral Home in Circleville. Per Richard’s wishes, cremation will take place.
