One year ago today, I held my daddy’s hand. So much has changed, including the ring on my finger. August 28, 2017 I was wearing a promise ring from my boyfriend. Today, August 28, 2018 I wear an engagement ring from that same man. A man in which my dad had gotten to know & appreciated how good he was to his “little girl” I only wish & dream that my father, Robert Arden Donley coild give me away & dance with me at my wedding. God had other plans & im still working on accepting that. I LOVE and MISS you SO much dad. I know you’ll be smiling from above in approval on my wedding day. Richie, Stevie and Brenda, I pray that God wraps His arms around you and comforts your broken hearts. Bob was such a sweet man and was so proud of all three of you. I remember the day that his first grandson was born. He sat there next to me in Crystal's hospital room holding Christopher talking about how long his fingers were. He was so proud of his new grandson. I will continue to pray for all of you.

We will miss you so much Bob, the next time I see a box of Anthony Thomas chocolates it's going to be butter sweet. I will always cherish the conversations we had on the rides home from my classes. It was a great accomplishment when you mastered how to pronounce Deoxyribonucleic acid!!!  We love you, and thank you for everything.

Rich, Breena, and Stevie.... We're so sorry for the loss of your dad. We know Bob is looking over you, and all the precious memories! The Donley name lives on through Bob's 3 grandsons. There always has been, and always will be your connection. We'll pray for you!

If there is one thing that you knew about Bob, it's that he loved his kids, and his grandchildren very much. Bob had such a great heart... and the world is going to be a little bit smaller with him gone.

Dear Sarah:  My husband, Larry, was your mail man for many years and always admired you and Bob.  He has fond memories because you were so kind to him and he loved talking with both of you.   He occasionally, cruises by his old route when he comes to Grove City and misses his clients.  Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.  Rosie Damron

I have fond memories of Bob.  He was a wonderful teacher, and helped me with my new job.  We worked together on the 21st floor of the 150 building. Bob was a great fan of my white peach preserves,  I would make it from the peaches grown in my yard and Bob couldn't eat enough. So sorry for the loss of a good man,  Prayers for Sarah and family.
