My husband was diagnosed of Parkinsons disease 2 years ago, when he was 59. He had a stooped posture, tremors, right arm does not move and also a pulsating feeling in his body. I have so many beautiful memories of my dear brother in law Bob.  I have loved him all of my life.  He and Pat started dating before I was born!  When I was a baby they took me on their dates with them.  How many boys do you know that would put up with that?
Pat was my baby sitter because my Mother was not very well after she had me, so Pat took care of me a lot.  As I grew up I used to spend the summer with them while my Mother worked.  It was my job to make Bob's tea for him every night.  I would get to brew his pot of tea so he could have ice tea when he got home from work.  I felt so special and he would always tell me how good it was.  
When I was going to get my first car, Bob found me just the perfect one.  A 1968 red Mustang.  It had a reverberator radio in it (stereo's were just coming out) and it was supposed to sound like a stereo.  Bob taught me how to drive, and how to park.  He taught me the easiest way to park that I passed my test like a charm!

Pat and Bob have lived the example of what true love and devotion to one another is meant to be.  Bob was Pat's Prince Charming and she was his Queen.  His Love of family and God were always the priority in his life.  I admired him so much and will miss him greatly.  I am so Blessed to have had the privilege of sharing in his life.  Fly high dear Bobby.

Uncle Bob was such an inspirational person in my life.  I admired his faithfulness, honor, and love.  He was a true example of a Christian man.  My world will not be the same without his presence. I miss him so much.

I am proud to say that I had the chance to meet Bob for a short period of time.  We would spend bits of time having coffee with the men at the Ramada by the pool each week while Bob and Pat were living in Florida.  You could occasionally hear a snicker from him when a joke was told or see a twinkle in his eye when he was involved in a story. When he was through he would swing that scooter around and be back to spending time with his lovely wife Pat.  I never knew he was a veteran so I thank him for his service to this country and his family.  May God lift him up with a loving heart and may he rest in peace.

I always loved my Uncle Bob so much. He was always working outside in his yard and flower bed. He and my mother, his sister, both loved having a pretty yard. I will miss him

I am so fortunate to have too many memories to share of my sweet Grandpa.  Growing up we would spend tons of time ditching daycare and spending the days at their Grove City house.  Grandpa would always take us on walks down Broadway to get lottery tickets or ice cream.  Along the way we would pick up pennies (which we found in an old tin bandaid box not too long ago.)  When we got back from our walks he would have to give Grandma a dollar if he spent a dollar on the lottery because she thought it was a waste of money.  Every Summer we would spend a week or two with Grandma and Grandpa in their Florida home.  In Florida they would take us to differnet beaches and amusement parks.  We would look for sand dollars, sharks teeth or unique shells.  We always enjoyed seeing our Florida family and spending time at their condo. 

We moved our Grandparents back to Ohio in August of last year and we were so lucky to spend so much time with him before he passed.  Grandma would tell us stories everyday of their lives growing up together and Grandpa would smile right along with her everytime she told the stories.  My Grandma and Grandpa are the prime example of the perfect Husband and Wife, they dated 7 years before they got married and were married 62 and half wonderful years where he made her smile everyday and was always such a "sweeheart."  I can not express how happy I was they were able to attend my Wedding and be here to see us start our life together.  We can only pray we are as blessed as they are.  

He will be missed every day, but I am so happy he is at peace now.  XOXO
