Rodney Eugene Morrison

Rodney Eugene Morrison passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024. Rodney was born in 1960, and attended Riverview High School in Warsaw, OH. He was an enrolled agent with the Department of Treasury, and had recently retired from H&R Block. He was previously employed at Compuserve and The Ohio School for the Deaf.

He is survived by his partner, Michael Preston, siblings Robyn Morrison and Rajene Fox, nephews Seth Young, Ben Young, Lincoln Morrison, nieces Jodi Morrison and Lyndsey Kuehl, step-father Jack Timmons, beloved pets Trig and Pearl, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his siblings Rick Morrison, Randy Morrison, nephew Joshua Morrison, parents Richard Morrison and Rachel Morrison-Timmons, and beloved pets Scotty, Odie, Samantha, Eva, Major, Baron, and Chase.

A funeral mass will be offered on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 1:00PM at Sacred Heart Church, 805 Main Street, Coshocton OH 43812.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 2:00PM to 5:00PM at Schoedinger Northwest, 1740 Zollinger Road, Columbus OH 43221.

The family would like to thank Dr. John Reneau and Dr. Katherine Chung of The Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital for their wonderful care, as well as the staff at Kobacker House Hospice.
