B. Roger Cooper, age 52, of Columbus, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. He was born on June 14, 1961 in Provo, Utah. Roger served in the Navy on the USS Kittyhawk in the early 80's. He was a career disc jockey, enjoyed music and entertainment. He was a very involved volunteer with his childrens schooling. Roger was a devoted father and will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ellamae Parks, survived by his wife, Jeanne; children, Kirah and Brendon Cooper; sister, Helen (Eric) Lacher; brother, Clint Cooper; several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2014, 7-10pm at BJ's Restaurant, 1414 Polaris Pkwy. Natural burial at Foxfield Preserves in Cleveland.
