There will be a memorial visitation for Ronald P. Democko,69, on Sunday September, 19, 2010 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the Scheodinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High St., Worthington, Ohio 43085

Ron passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 with his loving family by his side.

Ron was born on July 13, 1941 in Youngstown, Oh. to the late Joseph Democko and Pauline Timko Demacko. He attended the Struthers city school system and graduated from Struthers High class of ’59. He attended Youngstown State University majoring in Education. On June 28, 1961 he married the love of his life Miss Diane A. Anderson, and they celebrated over 49 years together. He retired from Sanitor Services Inc. in New Castle, PA after 30 years of devoted service. An avid sportsman, he enjoyed horse racing, Indians, Browns, and coaching his daughters in softball. A practical joker and fun loving, he was always making those around him smile. Ron was a loyal and loving husband, father and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Along with his wife Diane, Ron is survived by his four daughters; Sharon (Leo) Padilla of Akron, Nancy (Wayne) Inman of Powell, Jennifer (Micheal) Reese of Cleveland, and Crissy (Dan) Fleet of Powell; grandfather of Diana, Nicholas, Joseph, Ashley, Erik, Alexis, Brittany, Michael, Jacob, Olivia, and Luke; great grandfather of Haley, and Mia; Ron is also survived by his brother Gerald Democko, and dog Bruin.
