Ronnie G. Willis

Ronnie G. Willis, age 73, passed away Friday, December 2, 2016. He was born May 11, 1943 in Beaufort, North Carolina to the late Harold and Cora (Lewis) Willis. He was a 1961 graduate of Pleasantview High School and a Vietnam Army veteran. Ronnie was retired from Carpenters' Local Union #200. He was a member of Trinity Assembly of God. He enjoyed traveling and getting together in the mornings with his coffee friends at the Jolly Pirate Donuts in Grove City. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Harold Willis, Jr., Bob Willis, and Tim Willis; and son, Jeffrey. Ronnie is survived by his loving wife, Judy Willis; nephews, Mark Willis, Robbie Willis, Luke Willis, Troy Willis, and Brian Willis; niece, Lisa Hunter; sister-in-law, JoAnn (Dick) Kamer; cousin, Julie (George) Curry; and special friend, Marvin Winehart. Visitation will be 9 - 10 a.m. Monday, December 5, 2016 at Trinity Assembly of God, 1112 Demorest Road, Columbus, Ohio 43204 where funeral service will follow at 10 a.m. with Pastor Ken Keene officiating. Entombment St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ronnie's memory may be made to Trinity Assembly of God.
