Roy Clyde Snyder

Roy Clyde "Skip" Snyder III, age 69, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2014. He was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on August 31, 1944 to the late Roy Clyde, Jr. and Betty Ann Snyder. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Charlotte Bookman; and niece Danielle Winton. Skip is survived by his loving wife, Delorce Snyder; son, Scott (Cindy) Snyder; grandsons, Zachary (Colleen) Snyder and Jeremy Snyder; great grandchildren, Landon, Drake, Jacob, Sydney, Baylee, and Cameron; niece, Delayna Blain; great nieces, Lena Rochester and Paige Ball; great nephew, Earl Blain; brother in-law, Gene (Ida) Jenkins; and sister in-law, Janice (Otis) Estepp. Skip enjoyed golfing, wood working, and leather work. He was very social and loved by all who were blessed to know him. Friends may call on Sunday, June 1, 2014 from 2:00PM-5:00PM at the SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 East Livingston Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43232. Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 10:00AM with visitation one hour prior at the Southwest Freewill Baptist Church, 1542 Greenleaf Rd, Columbus, Ohio 43223. Pastor John Meade officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, Ohio.
