

Ruth J. Clossin, age 74, of Columbus, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at home. She was born September 8, 1936 in Brazil, Indiana to the late Robert and Essie Galbraith. She was the loving wife of Dean Clossin, who preceded her in death in 2000, for 44 years, and together raised three children, Greg (Kathy) Clossin, Amy (Mike) Clossin-Harvey and Lori (Dana) King; also surviving are her beloved grandchildren, Sara (Jason) Gocha, Joanna (Greg) Ooten, Nick Clossin, Dustin (Michelle) Clossin, Brittany (Roger) Thompson, Austin Harvey, A.J. King and Aaron King; great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Riley, Rennie, Regan, Mariah, Ethan and Noah; sisters, Iris Wood and Inez Galbraith; brothers, Robert and Harold Galbraith; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends; preceded in death by sisters, Helen Rogers and Illa Jean Rogers; brothers, Marvin, Arthur and Rex Galbraith. Ruth was a member of Briggs Rd. Baptist Church where she especially enjoyed working with children, and had worked for the State of Ohio in the Bureau of Workers Compensation. Ruth loved to travel, especially Rte. 66! She will be remembered as a beautiful Christian woman who truly loved her family. Funeral Service 12pm Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at Briggs Road Baptist Church, 3231 Briggs Rd. Columbus where family will receive friends one hour prior; Rev.
