Sandra S. Allen of Circleville, Ohio passed away April 13, 2014. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 25, 1942. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Carmon; grandson, Jimmy Neal III and great grandson Jerek Grooms; sister; Penny Renard. She is survived by daughters; Vicki (Jimmy) Neal, Darla (Kenny) Grooms, and Rebecca (Todd) Adams; son, Carmon Jr. (Liz) Allen; sisters; Debby (June) Eddy, Rebecca Beach and brother; Dale McKenzie. 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She enjoyed scratch off lottery tickets, fishing, bingo and reading, she was also a very big fan of Willie Nelson and Terry Bradshaw.
